With over 25 years in theatre, I have worked internationally and across Ireland as an actor, teacher, coach, and director. I trained professionally as an actor at the Gaiety School of Acting and as a Director of Theatre at Maynooth University. I undertook intensive courses in Vienna and London. My training includes the Nikolai Demidov technique, which cultivates truthful, organic performance by fully inhabiting the given circumstances and allowing response to emerge instinctively. My work spans both classical and contemporary productions, including Shakespeare and notable Irish plays. 

I work as an acting coach and theatre director, supporting individuals, ensembles, and community theatre projects.
